# Send confirmations

## Confirm the speakers

Speakers might want a reminder and also some clarification regarding the logistics. Consider addressing the following topics:

* Where the meetup will take place and when
* How they can advertise their talk (in case you made a banner or a video)
* How much time they have
* Ask them to bring somebody

## Confirm any external parties

You might need to send the venues, catering, or whoever is working on this event. Just be 100% everybody understands the plan and there is no misunderstanding.
